1. Digital Service Nature

GlossyBlueAI provides access to digital products, AI-powered services, subscription plans, and usage-based platform features. Due to the digital nature of these services, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

A refund request may be approved in the following situations:

  • Payment was successfully charged but the purchased service or subscription was not activated.
  • Duplicate payments were made for the same order due to a technical or billing issue.
  • An incorrect amount was charged because of a verified system error.
  • A technical issue on our platform prevented access to the purchased service and the issue could not be resolved within a reasonable period.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following cases:

  • The subscription, service, or purchased plan has already been activated successfully.
  • AI credits, usage credits, tokens, requests, or platform resources have been consumed either partially or fully.
  • The user no longer wishes to use the service after activation.
  • The user purchased the wrong plan after successful activation.
  • Service interruptions caused by third-party providers, internet connectivity issues, or user-side technical problems.
  • Violations of our Terms & Conditions resulting in account suspension or termination.

4. Refund Request Period

Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days from the date of the transaction.

5. Refund Review Process

Each refund request is reviewed individually. We may request additional information, transaction details, screenshots, or supporting documents to verify the claim.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, the refund will be initiated through the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider and banking system, the credited amount may take approximately 5 to 10 business days to appear in the customer's account.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve billing concerns promptly.
